We value a client’s concerns and input, which is why we work closely with a client from the start of the project all the way to the end of the contract. Our staff will coordinate closely with the client, his architects, general contractors, and other relevant staff to ensure that our fire protection/suppression systems are effective and will not hinder normal business continuity or the new construction of a project. Our process involves collaborative project management, and we will strive to preserve aesthetics and functionality of a facility negatively, without sacrificing the effectiveness of our protection system designs.
Installation is not the end of our commitment. After installation, WFP makes it a point to conduct thorough assessment and testing. This will ensure that every single component will work exactly as expected, exactly when it is needed. We will also provide training to any of the client’s staff member that will need to understand the intricacies and operations of the system. It will include scheduling of the next inspection.
If requested, we can also provide a monitoring system for the fire protection equipment. This will give facility owners and administrators access to round-the-clock monitoring capabilities.
